TRANSFORMATION

Being inspired by Antoni Gaudi's bizarre biomimicry designs in which nature was transformed into architectural elements, I brought into this imaginary building the biological aspect, with personal studies of bone structures to transform them into suitable load bearing objects. Wood patterns were also researched and remodelled into facades. The formal typology of the construction was developed from the golden spiral, resulting in a complex that included both enclosed shelters and open-space pathways, allowing for accessibility and occupancy.
